Electra's Oresteia is a rock n roll adaptation of Aeschylus' Trilogy that tells the story of Agamemnon's return from the Trojan War and the tragedy that follows. But this story positions the forgotten daughter, Electra, as the protagonist and moral center of this complicated story of revenge, justice, and social progress. The Ragozzino Performance Hall on Lane Community College's main campus is the perfect venue for this production that is part rock concert, part Broadway musical, and part Greek tragedy.
